Lost & Found

Marsh Lane Slipper baths plaqueLocal people from the Marsh Lane area of Bootle, Merseyside were involved in designing and creating art works to commemorate the period of 1934 – 1944 including the May Blitz of 1941.

The stories and remembrances were collated into a film which celebrated their participation and was viewed at a special community event at SPACE on Friday 19th March 2011.

Items collected and contributed by participants are currently on display at the Museum of Liverpool along with the Lost & Found video and a specially commissioned piece of artwork by SAFE Productions.
